Guidelines for the students who are attending online classes with Trishan School of Music.
1. Prerequisites for joining Online class
1. Good internet connectivity, supporting Video calls.
a. Test your speed speedtest.net
b. Make sure the speed is between 4 - 6 Mbps for a good video call.
2. Laptop / Tablet / Mobile phone with Front camera.
3. Hangout Meet [If you are using a phone , app to be installed before]
a. Laptop
b. Any Android Phone
c. Apple Phone
4. Quiet room for taking class without distractions.
5. Students need to have their own instrument for the class.
6. Ensure good Power back for 1-1.5hr Class.
7. Make sure to Join the online class on time.
2. Parent’s guidance is required for younger kids to set up the equipment to ensure that they join class on time.
3. Joining the class
1. Students joining via Tablet / Phone click on the link that you receive for joining the online class
Example: Meeting URL: https://meet.google.com/xxx-xxxx-xxx
Example: Meeting URL: https://meet.google.com/xxx-xxxx-xxx
“Use a meeting code” and enter the link you received via SMS.
3. Please click on “Join now” to enter the class.
4. Once you join the class please wait for your teachers instructions to start the class.

6. Teacher’s will assist the students with their class as any regular class.
