This course teaches you to play rhythm and lead rock guitar with step-by-step learning.
Eligibility / Prerequisites
  • Kids should be min. of 7+ years.
  • The student should have access to an electric guitar.
  • The Student should have completed Acoustic Guitar 1 and 2.
Syllabus
  • Learning open Chords, Power Chords.
  • Rhythm exercises.
    • Playing the lead Includes standard notation and tablature
  • Playing slides, Open position riffs, hammer-ons, Pull-offs, Trills, Licks, String Bending and Vibrato.
  • Intro to Barre Chords.
  • Playing Classic Rock Rhythms, Blues, Rock, and other genres.
  • More songs and Exercises.

Overview
This course focuses on advanced topics of Power Chords, Triads, Pentatonic Scales, and different techniques.
Eligibility / Prerequisites
  • Kids should be a min of 8+ years
  • The student should have access to an electric guitar.
  • The Student should have completed Rock Guitar 1.
Syllabus
  • Power Chords, Triads, 7th Chords, Double Stops, and Triple stops.
  • Major Scale, Melodic Minor, and Harmonic Minor Scale.
  • Arpeggios from Scales.
  • Pentatonic scales
  • Alternate Picking, Sweep picking, Legato and tapping for solo/lead guitar
  • Basic Fingerstyle
  • Student Performances.
